When a rare full-floor, turn-key office space came on the market in one of the Loop’s coolest buildings, our client came to us to help get the word out. A space this hot wouldn’t last for long, so we stoked the flames with an illustrated micro-campaign featuring brokers battling it out to get their hands on the lease as they fought their way throughout the building. When the space was leased to the Chicago Fire Soccer Club, we created a custom transaction announcement celebrating the victors.
