When 550 West Jackson got an infusion of exciting new capital improvements, we leveraged our in-house illustration talent to develop a series of offbeat, rapid-fire releases that heralded building-wide renovations, brand new amenities, a re-energized neighborhood, and access to major transit hubs. The campaign was a hit with brokers and tenant prospects alike, with a significant amount of space leased since the launch.
