The property is now activated with stunning multi-use office, retail, and event space, but convincing our audience that this monumental effort was going to deliver all that it promised was a unique challenge all its own.

Our marketing brought the sprawling 2.5M SF property down to “human scale” by speaking through the eyes of a mysterious visionary as he concepted and executed the vast redevelopment in three “acts.” The audience was kept captivated and informed, seeing the development happen in real-time through multimedia executions including mailers, video, and a dual-screen presentation delivered in a stunning marketing space known as “The Vault.”
